Note 2 batteries and wall charger. The wall charger has a USB port built in it. You can charge your phone will charging the batteries. The light tells you when the battery is fully charged. It's red when the battery is dead and green when the battery is fully charged. I used to charge both batteries fully and carry them with them with me instead of the wire charger. You don't have to stay in a range with a wire. Just change out the battery, and you got a full battery.

It's 2 batteries and the mount for the batteries. I use to charge both up fully and Carry them with me instead of my wire charger
