I am getting low on these lovely rings so you might want to get yours while they are still available :) They are not heavy or thick, but, they are genuine!
The center Oval cut stone is 1ct, the side Heart cut stones are 0.25ct each - TGW 1.50cts.
I have them in sizes 4.25/ 6.25/ 7/ 7.25/ 8 and 9.25.
