It is made of Stainless Steel. And it possibly
May be an "Ashtray".
My Auntie liked to travel alot, and got this cute
Little knick-knack. Plus my Auntie did smoke,
That is why I thought it to be an "Ashtray".
The Item was well taken care of, and appears
To have only a little bit of rust on the one side.
And a very little bit on the bottom of the
Picture. ( You can hardly see it ).
I took pictures of the 2 spots. Look at all the
Pictures, you can see everything.
