Comes with box and all paperwork and cords.
Looks brand new only thing is the battery door does not shut properly so I put tape on it and works great as shown in last picture above. Its an easy fix. Other then that it's in excellent condition.

I believe so. I only took couple pics with it because my son bought me one with more mega pixels because I'm going to be a grandma in February and love to take pics so...
