LOT #7 Mystery bag of recipes
I found this really old recipe storage book; it has a bunch of old recipes dating back to the 1920's. It's interesting to read some of the clippings as they tell of a time before I was born. I really think someone who is a collector will find these very fun.

Each auction will have at least 5 recipes (probably more) and/or magazine clippings. I can't post exactly what will be in the bag, but the first picture posted will definitely be in this auction. I've tried to keep them together by type of food, but it was a bit difficult sorting this out when I took the pics and put them in baggies. Now I just have the pics to look at to post. :) So basically it's a mixed bag of goodies., I hope that makes sense.

No GIN so please do not ask and please do not ask for combined shipping. Thank you.
Shipping to Listia verified address only. These will be shipped via an envelope with bubble wrap and cardboard backing.

This is the last of the lots I have of old recipes that I wanted to give away. Well, not entirely true; I found a few special items, that I have been holding back on and you can see these in the auction above but the pics are just a sneak peek of a few more items I have that I MAY (not sure I can part with them) be listing soon. I wanted to see how these recipes went over first, since you all seem to like the last batch. ;)

On another note of special interest; on the back side of one of these news clippings was a photo of a famous depression era champion boxer. (I'm not into boxing so the only reason I really know about the boxer is because I watched a movie about him) - his name is James J. Braddock, the "Cinderella Man". Maybe it's something of interest to someone, I certainly am not interested in keeping it, what do you think? Should I do an auction for it?
