No! I'm not offended hon. The ring is sterling silver. I was replying to another comment about silver. I had another customer that had bought a sterling silver ring from me. She filed a claim on me because she said it had turned her finger green overnight. I told her I had tested the ring with a earth magnet and it would not stick. She said she was going to take it to a jeweler the next day and I told her please do. She did and messaged me back, and said it was in fact sterling silver and two jewelers told her that some people has a reaction from something in their skin to the silver that would turn their finger black, or green. I saved her statement if you'd like to read it. She had the receipt from the jeweler, but the info was verbal because I had asked if I could get it just in case I ever had another problem. So, I just saved her message. They told her to take some clear finger nail polish and put a thin layer inside and it wouldn't turn her finger green. Hope this helps.
