Hello. Sorry there is no hood. Also I tried three times with Canada post, and I can't seem to get the approx. shipping charge. It keeps showing error. The jacket doesn't weigh very much, so I am guessing it shouldn't be too much, but I understand that you would like the amount sorry.

Hello I are no feathers in the filling. I think it is poly fill. I am allergic to feathers, anyway so for sure there are no feathers. LOL The jacket was worn for a couple of months, and is perfect with jeans. I think it was the perfect shopping jacket for the winter because it is light, and just goes to the hips/waist area. I gained a light weight so I had to purchase another jacket with a little more space. I hate winter.

The lowest cost for shipping approximately would be $12.41 and that is for land delivery no confirmation, air delivery without confirmation is $15.36, Expedited Parcel Delivery is 4 business days with confirmation and that would cost $20.63. This is just me guesstimating. I used an example of a 12 X 10 X 4 inch box, and weighing 1.5 LBS. I hope this helps. Sorry I don't have a scale to get a more accurate weight for you.
