Just over 9in for the outside diameter, about 4.5in across the middle. Connects/disconnects on one side with a small brass(?)hook.

I do believe that maybe a vintage ladies neck line for a blouse. somewhere around the 1930s. Are the pearls in oddly shaped? Watching & will be Bidding too!

Possible. Wasn't completely sure. The pearls look pretty uniform, so that's why I thought they were glass.
