I'm not really sure I've never used the BUT I'm guessing the small one maybe 1/4 cup, medium 1/3 cup and the large one 1/2 to 3/4?

I read above ; good for fried pies..I was guessing it could be 5" long and maybe 4 inches wide / folded which is the size of a fried apple pie or store bought pie.Thank you
