It's hard for me to tell the exact ring size because I don't have a ring sizer. On the Blue Nile ring sizer guide it appears to be a 5, but there is no way that it could be that small. My fingers are 6 1/2 or 7 and this is loose on me. My best guess is that it is about an 8. Also, I do accept paypal, but I'm not sure what you mean by "get it now is not used". If you mean do I have a get it now button the answere is no. I'm new and it's not unlocked for me yet.

I don't think that it would be very much. Less than two 2lbs shipping from Las Vegas isn't that much. I'd say about $3 which would include tracking. Slightly more if you would like insurance.

I had another auction of a lot of earrings (probably about 50 pairs) that I sent out with tracking which was about $5.00 including tracking for that. This will definately be less.
