Cecil McBee is a Japanese clothing brand. I got this dress as a gift from my friend in Japan. It doesn't fit me anymore, so listing it here on Listia.

It's a really cute floral pattern on a lacy black background. It's a deep round neck with a keyhole detail in the back. Empire waist and 3/4 sleeves that is elastic at the edges. The skirt almost looks like a bubble skirt. It has a layer of velvet ruffles that peek out at the bottom of the dress, which is fun! Everything is lined, except the sleeves.

I used to wear my black pants under this dress, and it looks cute that way, too. I'm sure it will go well with black leggings.

I would say the size is a small.

Approximate measurements(when laid flat): armpit to armpit 14"; top to bottom 30"

Materials: 90% Polyester, 10% Polyurethane

It is in good used condition. There is some pilling on the lace. No rips, holes or stains.
