will these survive being shipped? are theses already planted or do i need to grow roots then plant. sorry if these are dumb questions i have never had a cactus before

yes they will make it, it could be withered and dry and still produce new plates, what i do is pull off the plates, and then you just lay them on the ground you dont plant them and the will grow, with light watering, they grow.

i dont know how they will fair in real cold areas, i live in texas and we got like a foot of snow and it didnt kill it, and the coldest day we had last year was 17 as a high. so just think about that. when bidding

Do you happen to know the kind of cactus this is?
It looks fantastic in size and doesn't appear to have a lot of spines.
I got a hungry tortoise that's very interested :)

very little spines, kind unknowm, it blooms yellow just regular texas cactus its everywhere
