they are electic and use a 25w halogen i believe,, however cant hardly find them in the stores,, they are not the regular screw in type. they have the 2 prong that does the 1/4 turn. i will send an extra bulb with this. i will be sending my business card and contact info.. then when you need another bulb or scents just send me an email.....
