The manufacturer is "Toys and Joys" of Lynden Washington and the envelope is dated April of 1992. There are 2 complete blue prints, a complete parts list (on the prints), the body, chassis, radiator, and rear seat panel. This is a model of a 1931 Cadillac Roadster. Let me be 100% clear that this is an incomplete set and you will need to find additional lost or missing parts. If you don't see it pictured it is not with the set. Thank you.
