This phone is in really good condition. The only wear on it is on the power/lock button. I had it in a case for most of the time I had it. I done a factory reset on it so it is ready to go. Happy bidding

To be honest I don't know. It don't take a sim card so as long as her carrier don't use one it might work

Yes you buy time cards for it. I had it on monthly but you can set it up how you want it. As for what towers they use that's hard to say.... They don't have their own towers. They rent and use towers from other networks. The towers they use here may be different from what they use somewhere else
