I actually had a pair of these or ones similar to them. They are heavy until on your foot lol I wore thick socks with them ( I drove a forklift and made auto parts) I was on My feet all day and YES YES comfortable and worth the $$

I need these so bad for work. Standing on concrete for 16 hours a day can be really rough on ones back, neck, and over all. So a good shoe like this would be perfect for me. If I don't win these I'm definitely buying a pair off line. ☺

Omg I haven't seen a pair of Docs in forever! Awesome, last-forever shoes. I've Probably owned about 10 pair over the course of a 15 year period and I can honestly say they are made extremely well especially with the steel toe! Doc Martins are what the punks would wear to kick around in back in the 80's/90's. So you know they had to be durable to withstand a lot of slam dancing and mosh pits! LOL! Great auction it should do REALLY well and whomever wins these will definitely be very happy with them! Fan and watching!! Good luck!

Hi Nancy, I honestly can't answer this. These shoes were given to me from a friend who purchased them through her work account. She ended up not needing them because her position changed and they said to just keep the shoes. So she didn't want them and gave them to me. But they are very heavy but the inside of the shoes do have a cushy insole. Sorry wish I could answer better.
