The tape smells like paint to me I don't know if that's how it came or if its from sitting in my garage. But the tape is pink and made of a stretchy strong fabric with an adhesive side of course. You can look up on kttape.com for all the uses. I only used a few strips on my wrists for volleyball. They do help out.Feel free to ask questions.
