Your aging dog is a great book if your wanting to know what to expect as your dog ages and what ages are dogs considered seniors. How to prepare for the end ext... As much as I did not want to think about this much less read it I knew it would become reality at some point and I want my babies ( pups) to be as comfortable as possible. So I read it and now am passing it on.

My toy poddle is nearly 18, I know he has arthritis in his back. He can't hold his self when he needs to go out, so he is diapered. You really don't see many books on aging dogs. What do other people do, put there babies down at the earliest inconvenience that happens? I can't do that, but I want him to be as comfortable in his old age as possible.
