This is an unopened new in package license plate frame manufactured in 1986 that lights up. All instructions are there and it includes press on letters so that you can create your own personalized message. All other accessories included are 2 wire clips,2 screws, spare bulb. I am going to charge an exact rate of $2.00 to USA bidders for shipping and I will pay the rest. No international bids please as I think it just would not be worth the high price it costs to ship worlwide. I usually dont ask for shipping fees but I am going to this time because this thing isnt light.. I just cant afford to offer free shipping. If it doesnt get any bidders then it goes to a thrift store in my town. This thing has a date on the back that says it was made in 1986. I havnt tried it out because I dont want to open the package. I think 25 years old makes it a vintage item but Im not sure and do expect to get some arguments on this so let it stand that I AM NOT POSITIVE ON THE VINTAGE LABEL. But its pretty cool nonetheless.
