Iphone 4, ICLOUD LOCKED, FOR PARTS ONLY! Found in a cleanup, the battery was dead, so I bought a new battery online. After it was charged I hooked it up to the pc/iTunes, that's when I discovered it was locked. Phone is in really good condition. Free shipping (U.S. only) with tracking.

No, it's Icloud locked, the only way to get it unlocked is to have the previous owner take it off his account.

Thank you for pointing that out. Yes, it will come with a usb charger. One end fits into the phone, the other end fits into a usb port on the computer. I don't have one that goes into the wall socket.
