The listing, NEW PS3 Game - The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Game of the Year Edition) has ended.

Bought this on Amazon.com for $38.99.
Never got to play it and now it's been sitting around.

It is Brand New, just not in plastic wrap. Opened to just test to make sure it worked.

TECHNICALLY, it is not meant to be sold in the US (amazon.com sold me the wrong region), but it PLAYS FINE on all PS3 systems just like a US-region game would.

www.usps.gov has a pretty nice, convenient postage calculator. you can even buy shipping on there and order a pick up (if applicable to your area).

i bought this for my comp, but my comp is so old it took an hour and a half to get out of the sewers in the intro... i only played to the first oblivion portal because i got sick of the lag. i wish i could just trade... oh well...

Oh yeah, definitely. But then again, I have a 12 year old and 7 year old younger sibling and they can totally handle it. It just depends on what they take away from violence that they see, you know?

taffypull... it's rated m for mature in the US for... and I'm reading my p.c. version's box...Blood & Gore, Language, Sexual Themes, Use of Alcohol, Violence. if you let your 12 year old watch 300, Alexander, or True Blood, and play Red Dead Redemption, Brutal Legend, or Resident Evil, then yes, this is perfect... though it plays just like the elder scrolls III: morrowind (which is rated T... which you should start with anyways).
