Hmm, since it's out of the country, I would feel better using better shipping. Domestic, I would use Media Mail, but for Canada, probably $12 for flat rate priority or $6 for first class with certificate of mailing to be safe.
Also, as a native Canadian, always happy to see some Canucks :]
$6 bucks i would do .. i'll watch to see how high the bids go, thank you :) how come you never played it? i have chains of olympus, am playing it right now and like it a lot. so whatcha doin livin in new york thas a long way from home heehee ;) i've used ebay for years and never had anything from usa lost in transit, listia for 6 months and everything has arrived accept for a few things from scammers but those were def never sent cos the sellers never emailed me back after i questioned them about the missing items.
My negative experiences with eBay or anything of the like have always been scammers, so I have made a good habit of just charging a bit more for tracking or proof.
I have actually played both already - I beat them both a while ago and sold them to pay for college and then bought them again and now I don't need them because I just bought the pack for my PS3. Always loved the whole God of War series, especially as girl haha.
I've been in NY for a while now, but am definitely still very proud of my Canadianhood. It's not too far, especially since I'm from Toronto :]
yeah fair enough, better to be safe than sorry.. i've won auctions and had people not send the items several times and it really sucks. i'm just glad so far i haven't had anyone try to claim that they didn't get my items. i haven't sent anything with tracking only by airmail so it gets there in 4 days. it stresses me everytime though because of the negative experiences i've had and then when people try to rip off your credits you have to wait for so long to get them back and end up missing a lot of good auctions while your credits are tied up in cyber space argh.. ah well.. awesome you went there for school, must be a pretty exciting place. nice you are pretty close to home really. i'm in BC, far from NYC hehe ;) i wish they made god of war for xbox 360 but i'm enjoying the PSP version anyway.. i bet it's SO awesome on PS3
Haven't got it yet - it's been sold out forever on Amazon.com (although they gave me $10 off!). Actually, I went to college in California so closer to your end there! Hope you have better experiences to come! I have almost 1000 positive feedback on eBay so you're bound to get your stuff/money from me here :]
awe damn sounds like a long wait hopefully they get it in stock soon! listia should make it so you can link your ebay account to verifiy, that way people with a good rep on there wouldn't have to start out from scratch on listia.. maybe in the future eh ;)
