No, they arent a 18g. I have 11 piercings lol I know most the gauges but not one this small. they are slightly smaller than a standard earring. :)

Im not sure of the number. They are one size smaller than a normal earring. (Like barely smaller) One of the only ones I dont know the gauge of! I will add a picture of them compared to a standard earring. Hope that will help!!

I added 2 pictures to help with the size. The 3rd pic is one of the nose studs next to an earring. and the 4th is one of the studs on a ruler on the cm side. it takes up 1 of the spaces for a millimeter. Hope that helps!! :)
