ok iam home and just looked at this buckle , i had to use a mag glass but it looks like it says 1900 on the only place i see a date , hope this helps , iam really surprised at the bids , this may be a one of a kind buckle and the gin is way under what i was advised to put , but lets hope things get better toward the end ,
