EUC. This top came with a skirt; I never wore the skirt and got rid of it. I wore this with black slacks. Polyester, batwing sleeves, ruffle of fabric down the front. Size 2X, by S. L. fashions.

The tag states this is 16W, not 2X which is very misleading! Also with the pics so blurry it is very difficult to see exactly what the top is like!
