The flavor is that of a standard bell pepper. They are more sweet when red than when green. They are not hot.

I'm not certified organic, but I don't use any pesticides and only fertilize my garden with my rabbit, duck, and chicken droppings and some vermicompost.

That is how I do it also :) Most of us are not certified but keep our seeds clean :) We have a small flock and are getting rabbits soon :) So exciting! thank you!!
