Nice vintage "Pocket Balance" fish weighing scale made in Germany. This brass scale is 3-1/2" long and 1" wide with a 2-1/4" hook on the bottom and a 1" diameter ring on top. It has graduations from zero to 26 lbs. on one side and zero to 11.5 kgs. on the other. As it is a vintage item, accuracy is not guaranteed. 

The perfect addition to that vintage tackle box!
