Shipping:
I ship all my items free in the USA. I do ship Certified. It will be the buyers responsibility to keep up with the tracking. Here lately tracking has not been updating for a couple a days or until day of delivery. I am not sure why. I will be more than happy to Email copy of receipt to winner showing tracking #, your address and date stamp.
If no one is home at the time of delivery the postman should leave a note telling you, you have a package to pick up at the post office. If one is not left, the tracking will state "Notice Left" this package will sit at the post office for 14 days. If not picked up, they will return to sender. At which I will keep the credits and relist.

Returns:
I do not accept returns if you decide you are not happy with the item you won. I only accept returns for items damaged in shipping with photo proof only!
