This is basically new, purchased it off of Ebay when my other phone decided to go swimming to hold me over till my replacement showed up. I used it for a bout a week, and like I said I bought it outright full price so it is definitely not under contract.

It's in pristine condition with no flaws or defects both physically or internally. Specs listed at bottom of the auction.

Phone comes with a micro usb charger.

No Gin and no lowering the days.

will it work with a AT & T sims card

As of right now I don't think so because I never tried to unlock it. I just got off the phone with customer service and they said I would have to put my sim in it and use it so it shows up on my account for them to do so. The rep said to go in a store and try to have them unlock it. Honestly don't have the time which is why I listed it as a T-Mobile phone.
It is not under contract so it's able to be unlocked if your willing to do the leg work (never done it so not sure of the process), but I am not selling the phone with the promise of you unlocking it and wanting to return it if you can't.
I'm selling a T-Mobile phone, if you want to unlock it you need to do it.

I haven't tried apps from different internet pages but it does from the Windows store. You will need to check it out on google to find if it does or not.

You need to get one from Tmobile, most will give you one, at most they are 15$.

Thank you , i appreciate that..it works better listia i mean when the community works as a team..I posted on someone's line that I had a 520 case on there 520 phone they were listing..the no blocked my comment and said no advertising..I was like whatever real cool man..it helps people out they maybe looking for a case when they get the phone..and it goes both ways you can say hey I got a 520 phone on my case auction in case someone wants a new phone..I hate people on here that think this is a business its a community that should work together it's only credits your giving stuff away you no longer need not putting food on the table..to many people coming from Ebay with Ebay rules and regs.
