very pretty! It would probably be cheaper to ship it parcel post by weight than flat rate! I ship clothing all the time and it's not as heavy as you'd think!
sounds silly but i need ur help...how do i do parcel post? do i package item then ask at post office for parcel post price? How do i also quote parcel prices for bids. i'd like to provide cheapest prices for everyone. pls help. :0)

what i always do is package it up and take it to the post office and tell them I want to ship it as cheaply as possible. They have the rates as far as weight is concerned on their website, so usually i just guesstimate the weight and charge appropriately for shipping. Normally to go clear across country a single piece of clothing will be $3 or less.
thank you so much. that is a super help! would it be safe to say"$5 or less" or is it impolite to give my zip code for bidder to get correct quote? i want to be as helpful as possible. Thank you for your help.
If you don't want to use paypal (it only saves you on priority mail from what I understand) you can go to USPS and still estimate your shipping. You just put them in yellow envelopes you buy in big packages at walmart, or get a big roll of brown shipping paper and wrap them like Christmas presents :) and then when you go in you tell them you want it mailed the cheapest way possible. For shirts and small items first class, or first class parcel is the way to go!
thank you for helpin me, I did get onto Paypal to figure the shipping, i didn't know they had shipping:( thanks for helpin me. I 'll have to send you an item of thanks :)
