Are they true size? I read online that most women ordered according to the size chart than once received they realized they could have used their regular shirt size many order a 2x when they could have used a large.

They're true to size. I don't know where you read that review ~ but 99.9% of my winners have said ~ "It fits perfect" ~ I've only had 1 winner say it was too small & 1 winner said it was so comfortable it wouldn't be long before she went down a size. It's supposed to fit snug & may even be slightly uncomfortable & the longer you wear it the more comfortable it is & then you go down to a smaller size.
