For your consideration is a really cool garter with a quartz watch on it. The watch has three hands and is surrounded by rhinestones in flower petals.There is one stone missing but you have to look hard to notice it. The case is stainless steel. Made by Accutime Watch Corp. Quartz Japan Move. The stem pops out and moves the hands freely. The pins on the back allow you to put a band on the watch if you would rather wear it on your wrist. The watch face measures 1/2" and about 1 1/2" from end to end. It uses a battery, I think. I do not know if it works. It really shines in the light. I will ship for $3 payable through PayPal.
