It is made of 100% polyester.Round scoop neck with 1 button. 3/4 lenght sleeve with elastic.there is elastic at 3 inches from bottom. Shoulder to shoulder is 17 in. Under arms across is 26 in.lenght is 29 in. Used but only worn a couple of times. From smoke free and pet free home.This is a very nice blouse to dress up or down with jeans.
