55 year old Vintage 1959 Renaissance Chess set complete superb realism characteristic of 15th century Chessmen by E.S. Lowe Company 1959 complete no original box. have all pieces and board. Board is in ok condition. Also one of the pawns are missing green felt on bottom easy fix. But I want to point it out. For 55 years it is in great condition would look great with a better board. Great gift for any chess fan.

The Chess pieces are heavily weighted PLASTIC & felted and crafted with authentic realism. The Kings are about 4" tall. They are cast in a creamy ivory white and and dark brown close to black, are marked "Ⓒ ANRI" or ⒸE.S. LOWE CO., INC. on the back of the bases. The pieces are in overall excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Some pieces need a cleaning. One piece is missing the felt base.
