Is the collar leather?

Yes, the collar is leather, good thick & sturdy leather... It has a braided design on the top of it... Let me see if I can take a picture & add it :-)

I actually have more collars & accessories (jackets for outer wear, nail clippers, & etc). But I don't have the slightest clue as to their whereabouts:-/ I used to change my dogs accessories look all the time, lol :-)

Very nice, I like that. What is the actual measurement do you know? We have numerous dogs so hopefully it would fit one of them. I had all types of bandannas for my BC but one of our foster dogs used to grab a hold of them all the time. She would get so mad at him, I had to stop putting them on her.

I just laughed away reading this... Picturing the female getting mad! I love animals, they're so funny! I measured the collar from buckle to end of leather & was about 25". On a part of the leather there is an imprint that says 22". Maybe the 22" is from leather to leather without the buckle being in the measurements. My assumption at least, lol. And there are 5 holes to adjust the fit around their neck :-) The hole adjustment starts at a 6" circumference up to a little over 7 & 1/2" circumference (circle distance around the collar).
