It's brand new and was taken out of the bubble wrap for pics. It's absolutely not dinged up. I'm not sure what you're looking at, the only thing I see is the glare on the glass from the camera. If I auction anything used, it will be stated. Yes, smoke free home. Thanks!

I saw the tag, Thanks. I wasnt being accusitory I am interested in this and just wanted to double check as in the pics I am seeing it does look all scratched up all along the edges, but I am happy that is the lighting and will be bidding.
