these seeds are from trees that were given to my grandfather by the conservation corps they were said to be black mulberry and they do turn black when ripe
they are abundant producers and the only problem that l have had with them is that l have to beat the birds and squirrels to the berries

When I was a little girl growing up in South Texas, our neighbors had a huge mulberry tree. Every year, the neighbor boys and I went around with purple tongues, hands, and feet from eating mulberries. They're still my favorite berry! Hopefully, I will win this auction so I can get my own mulberry trees/bushes growing on our property. It would be really neat to be the old lady with purple tongue, hands and feet every year!!! LOL! Of course, I won't be able to climb up in a tree like I used to, but I can keep the tree trimmed short. LOL!
