RE-LIST!!! I am re-listing this cause when i gave the shipping price i didn't add in the pay-pal fee because i didn't know there was one. so the winner just automatically asked for a refund INSTEAD of contacting me FIRST
This auction is for 1 hair barrette it is Metal (so its got a lil weight to it) and all the purple stones are intact!

Listia does not like you to, because PayPal will not refund a gift amount, if you want a refund on your shipping, but most of us have always paid shipping under the "gift" tab, where there is no fee. If they do not pay that way, you are right, they need to pay the extra .34. You should give directions how to pay without a fee, though. Click on (In PayPal) "send money", "Personal" then "gift" tabs. :0) Welcome to Listia From a new fan! :0)

Oh! I forgot to add... I have some oif these barrettes and they do have some weight to them, but they are made very well, and do not unclasp.
