This set is totally hand crafted by me with lots of TLC made of tulle, ribbon, stretch elastic & a crochet knit tube top. I take great pride in the items I make in order to give my buyers my very best. This item will be an awesome photo prop, Halloween costume or just to wear for a special occasion.
