Simple Handmade Glass Bead Necklace : I made this necklace over a decade ago and its been stored with my jewellery making supplies for a long time, hardly ever being worn. For the most part this necklace is made of glass seed beads and 15 light green fire czech multi-faceted beads which are also small but at least 3X larger and longer than the seed beads. This necklace is from my early days and sold like hotcakes for $15 each...so not worth a lot. My later work evolved into expensive pieces made from semi-precious stones and precious metals. They sold well in the Niagara Region but not so much in Simcoe County where I am now. I've made a lot more $ on toe rings and face and body painting in this neck of the woods. So, now I just try to support our Canadian Jewellery Makers in Listia. Lol! Thank you for your comments and compliments, Sweetness! XO!
