Sure does......straps together in the middle of your breast and it is reusable and washable. So you have no straps and the back can also be open........I worn it a couple of time, but had to have both breast removed (cancer free NOW!). They have a glue substance that remains tacky and it will restick every time you put them on. Nice to have if you do not want straps to show.......bid girlfriend and enjoy!

They are pretty thin........and work really well.....I only used a couple of times....I had breast cancer and had to have mine removed......I really do not need these now.
