The listing, Xbox console **please read whole auction** has ended.

This Xbox DOES work!! It only comes with what is shown in the picture though (console, audio/video cable, & DVD remote sensor) Our power cord got lost when we moved but we did plug it up with our PS2 power cord & it still works just fine. Our controllers & DVD remote also got lost so those are not included either. If you have another gaming system you should be able to use the power cable from it to work this as well or you can buy one from a thrift store for pretty cheap.

It is possible that I won't be able to ship until Thursday (9/13/11). This is going to cost a good bit to ship & I might have to wait until payday.

Yep! I'm gonna do free shipping anywhere in the US, but like I said it might be Thursday before I can get it out since I know this is gonna cost a good bit to ship. I have gotten so many great things from this site & I try to always return the favor of free shipping whenever possible :)

Does this have buttons ON the console so the missing remote isn't a big deal, or is the remote BIG DEAL because there are no buttons on the console?

Yes, the buttons are there and work fine. at one time this was our only DVD player so we bought a remote to make watching easier but, we lost the remote.
