This is an awsome chocker which I had gotten from Hot Topic in 2002. I love barbed wire, but just cannot wear this anymore do to medical conditions. The chain measures 16 inches long with a 2 1/2 exstender. It is black metal (what type of metal I do not know) which has never turned or changed color at all. The ends of the barbed wire are rounded and cannot cut. I hope someone out there will like it and will be able to wear it like it should be. I do ship out every two weeks. Next shipping is 10-14-11.
