These are worth AT LEAST $60.00!!!!! I bought these from Sephora about 3 months ago, used 4 ampoules... They do work very well (on me at least!) But I bought the GLO Brilliant system so I don't need these anymore! :) So instead of eBay (with their ridiculous fee), I decided to list on Listia!!!

Fast and Easy Directions for Best Results with Smile Whitening Light System

Step 1: Brush your teeth, and then use a tissue to blot the surface of teeth dry. Rub the teeth whitening serum into teeth in a circular motion (approximately 2 minutes). Be sure each tooth is thoroughly coated with the serum.

huh interesting... lol I'm sorry I missed that! I think I provided the wrong link... But no, this one you do not need to use any "light." Here is the steps I found on another page:

1. FLIP
Remove ampoule from paper sleeve, flip it over and reinsert into sleeve with applicator tip pointing out.

2. POP
With applicator tip pointing down, squeeze until the inner tube pops and tip is saturated with serum.

3. WHITEN
Apply to each tooth’s surface, in a circular motion. Squeeze and apply until empty.

Allow the serum to dissolve naturally— don’t eat, drink, or rinse for at least 20 minutes.
