A sweetheart necklace with a puffy heart on a silver tone chain and an ornate ring as part of the focal.

The necklace is 18 inches and can be adjusted to 22 inches with a 1.75 inch drop, and has a bead finial, at the back, to be fastened with a lobster claw clasp.

Please note that some of the elements of this piece are vintage and may reflect their age…
