Description

The listing, Java Moss - Live Aquarium Aquatic Plant Fish Tank has ended.

Java Moss (Versicularia dubyana) is a common aquarium moss belonging to the Hypnaceae family. It attaches to rocks and roots and to driftwood. It is a slow starter until it has established itself.

Java Moss does not require any special attention. It accepts all kind of waters, even weakly brackish, and all kind of light qualities at a wide range of temperature.

It is especially popular among aquariasts raising fry (baby fish), to protect them from cannibalistic adults.

You will receive a medium sized clump (about 3" square in water) of java moss.

I try to provide a nice handful. Usually it is at least 3" square in the water but sometimes more. :D

So if I don't win this bid, are you going to repost again? I'm definitely interested but I'm not sure If I will be available at a computer to bid. :(

It is very possible. I sell other places too, and always take cash over the credits. So it depends on how much I have available in my tanks at any given time as to when it is listed here on Listia.

can we get a little bonus if we use GIN?

No, I'm sorry. I rarely offer GIN bonuses and when I do it's clearly outlined in the auction description. The GIN is a very fair price for the java moss.

I have a question, is this free of any disease or bacteria? Also how long would it take to get here?

My tanks are very healthy with no visible problems. Been that way for over 8 years now.
Shipping usually takes 2 to 3 days depending on your location.

Okay thanks I have bread Show quality Koi and got beautiful fry and someone already bought one for $2,500 and they are going to take it with them when its 6 months old. I wanted to put this in their tank so they nibble and hide in it, but i don't want to take any chances. The things is that no matter where you get it from their is a chance that it could be coming with something.

I completely understand, there's a risk from any tank.
I would highly recommend you do a quarantine tank working with such high value aquatic life before you introduce anything new in.

Oh buddy I know, I do that every single time I buy anything. That is like the first rule about me getting anything that goes inside my tanks. I spend Thousand Of Dollars on UV light sterilizers and water cleansers. I am obsessed with under water life. You seem like a professional seller. I will most likely used GIN
