The auction will be tiered, so for every 1,000 credits you will win one (1) belly ring! 1-1000 = 1 ring, 1001-2000 = 2 rings total, 2001-3000 = 3 rings total & etc, continuing up to 20. So in order to win all 20 you will need to win with at least 20,000 credits.
