The listing, Vampiress Halloween Costume has ended.

This is a costume I bought for my daughter last year or the year before and we took it out of the package but she decided not to wear it. It has been put away in my shed so it does need to be washed before wearing. It's size medium and it fits like an 11 or 12 year old. It's a cool Vampires dress. I will send this out as soon as the auction ends and I get the winners address so you can have it before Halloween and get it ready to be worn.

If she's taller probably not. I have another costume like this one that may fit her. My daughter's 13 and she's tall and skinny and it still fits her.

This one does run a little smaller. It would depend on how tall your 7 yr old is. If you look at my other costume listed the 1st pic is my 13 yr old daughter holding the dress and this one comes about to her knees.

You actually could. You just have to build your credits up by listing items. Listia has a special right now where if you list a costume for Halloween they give you an extra 100 credits.
