That's awesome, I totally agree. I live out in the mountains where it seems like Halloween is never warm enough to wear the tutus without layers on top. This one will go over a set of thermals or regular clothes. Thanks so much for sharing!

I'm not really sure what 4,000 points woulds be. 20,000 is equivalent to $5.00. There is a section in Listia where you can buy points, that is where I look to see the up to date points value. I hope I've helped.
