Here we have a completely inappropriate blue ribbon decal on transfer paper, for your car, glass, what have you. A friend of mine sent this to me, evidently forgetting I have to act like a decent person at my daughter's bid stop, and can't have such things on my car. Otherwise, I'd have loved to.
